Cllr. T. Negbalee Warner
Chairperson
Cllr. T. Negbalee Warner is a transparency and anti-corruption expert based in Liberia. From 2007 to 2010 he was the Head of Secretariat for the Liberia Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative, and from 2003 to 2005 he was Executive Director at the Central Bank of Liberia.
Negbalee also led the drafting of Liberia’s National Anti-Corruption Policy and Strategy, as well as the Act establishing Liberia’s Anti-Corruption Commission. He is a Senior Partner at the Heritage Partners & Associates Law Firm and Dean at the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law.
Mr. Kenneth Y. Best

Kenneth Yakpawolo Best is a Liberian journalist who founded the Liberian newspaper The Daily Observer and a paper of the same name in The Gambia. Mr. Best, who is affectionately called ‘KY,’ has been in the Journalism profession for more than 50 years and was called into it ever since he was in high school, by the “good Lord himself,” he has said. Despite his age of 82, he still practices the profession at the Daily Observer, which he and his “new wife” of 47 years, Mrs. Mae Gene Traub Best, established nearly 40 years ago on February 16, 1981. Over the years, he has taught, mentored, empowered, and employed many young people, especially in Liberia and The Gambia—where he relocated with his family in 1990 during the Liberian civil crises and founded The Gambia’s first independent daily and first modern newspaper, The Gambian Daily Observer.

Madam Eva Flomo is a distinguished broadcast journalist and media strategist with over two decades of experience in journalism, policy advocacy, and gender-focused development work. Currently serving as Head of ECOWAS Radio-Liberia, she brings expertise in news production, multimedia editing, and strategic communication, with a strong track record of engaging policymakers, civil society, and international bodies to promote reform and social change. A Fulbright/Humphrey Fellow and award-winning journalist, she has led initiatives advancing women’s leadership, climate change communication, and civic education, while also contributing to global forums and founding key media organizations in Liberia.
Madam Massa Crayton

Massa Crayton is a Liberian educator and development practitioner with 25 years of passion, commitment, and experience in education blended with various aspects of development work in Liberia, including civic development initiatives, women and children’s rights, social advocacy, and leadership, which all contribute to an improved quality of life and utilization of fundamental rights.
Playing program roles, consultant, and lead at local and international organizations, including but not limited to Action Aid Liberia, USAID, National Adult Education Association of Liberia (NAEAL), Finnish Refugee Council (FRC), OXFAM, Liberia Credit Union National Association (LCUNA), and the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA), where she served eight years as Country Director, has given her a wealth of experience in the civil space.
